it doesn’t even tell us how to get it blue it just tells us how to print, all I did was turn cyan all the way up
this is what it looks like when I place one of the pages in photoshop even though apparently it’s supposed to fill it with an inch boarder according to my roommate
Make another layer, set it to screen and go to the color picker, and where there are the CMYK dialogue boxes, set C to somewhere around 10 - 15, and everything else at 0. Fill the layer in with that light blue color. You also might want to go into levels on the pencils layer and knock out all the grays.
